Fade Away
Please help me! my boobs are not of a bad size but i have so many stretch marks all over them! is there any way to get rid of these as there are so visible even when i'm wearing a bikini, they’re so unattractive!

Hello
Stretch marks are really common in teens and women who are pregnant. They are basically caused when the skin is stretched over a short period of time; the marks usually appear as raised reddish lines and gradually fade into flat silvery streaks. In your case it may be because your boobs developed quite quickly, bur rest assured they are very common and there are ways to reduce them at least.
There are quite a few ‘miracle’ creams available at the moment – recently Britney Spears reportedly splurged a whopping $400 on one such product! Don’t be fooled by the expensive stuff though, try investing in creams or oils that contain high levels of vitamin E and A – like Bio-Oil from Boots and Holland & Barrett (approx £15). Cocoa butter is also good for reducing scars, so try Palmers specially formulated Stretch Mark Lotion (also with vitamin E). Remember that if you want results, you have to apply the creams continually and have patience.
I would also advise you to go to visit your GP. He or she may be able to prescribe a stronger cream depending on your skin sensitivity – many have high vitamin A content. As a preventative measure, avoid yo-yo diets. If your weight changes drastically you will only encourage more stretch marks. Remember that while you are treating your stretch marks, you can always apply a light body foundation to cleavage. Dermablend’s Leg and Body Cover Crème in Ivory is a quick drying, non-oily make-up specifically made for things like birthmarks, burns, scars, bruises, stretch marks, and tattoos (£13.80).
