| I got fingered recently and now the end of my thigh near my bum hurts and is really sore. Do you know why? |

| It’s probably just the angle his hand/fingers were at. If he was rubbing against you and you were quite dry there this can lead you to feel chafed or bruised. Alternatively if he wasn’t very gentle when he fingered you then it might be he bruised your vagina although it might feel sore in the area you describe. To check there’s no damage I’d find a time when you won’t be disturbed, get a hand mirror and sit or lie back where you can see your vagina by holding the mirror by it (take your pants off first, obviously!). If you notice any redness, soreness or bruising keep an eye on this and if you are at all worried then you could speak to the nurse at your doctors practice about it (in confidence). Next time you are fingered remember to get really excited first (lots of kissing, stroking or whatever turns you on), you can also touch your clitoris while he fingers you to get you more excited (and him too), and try it in positions where he can reach you easily so you won’t get bumped by him trying to do it in a cramped position. If he’s a bit clumsy ask him to slow down so you feel good. |
