| If you’ve had your period it’s unlikely you are pregnant but if you are concerned you can get a pregnancy test for free at your local reproductive/sexual health clinic or somewhere like Brook www.brook.org.uk. You can find clinics in your area in the phone book, or by putting in your postcode at www.condomessentialwear.co.uk. If you miss your next period you should definitely get a test done.
You can only take the morning after pill within 72 hours of having unprotected sex. You can get it from your GP, pharmacy or family/reproductive health clinic. It is free from most of these places (except you may have to pay at the pharmacy) and you’ll be treated in confidence so they won’t tell anyone you’ve gone and got it.
However, I would suggest that if you are having sex with your boyfriend you sort out contraception asap. Condoms are free from your GP, family planning clinic or Brook. You can also get advice from these places about other contraception options. The withdrawal method you’ve used so far is risky as it won’t stop you getting pregnant if your boyfriend comes before he pulls out. So go and get advice about contraception now so you can enjoy sex without worrying about an unwanted pregnancy.
