The sun’s shining, boys are bearing their pecs in the park and the smell of BBQs is in the air – the signs that summer’s here at last! Unfortunately, these are also all the signs that it’s the dreaded exam period again. Why oh why must they coincide?!
But don’t panic ladies, help is at hand! We know how stressful exams can be – whether GCSE, AS Level, A Level or just plain old school tests. In fact, in a recent survey it was found that a third of students suffer from insomnia, headaches and lethargy during revision and exam times, whilst 46% become much more irritable and grumpy. It's horrid! So, to help you ease your stress and maximise your brain potential, we’ve teamed up with Sky Learning to bring you some tried and tested revision tips from resident Miss Brains, Konnie Huq. As well as being an ex-Blue Peter presenter and Olympic torch carrier, Konnie was a student at Cambridge University, so it’s fair to say she knows a thing or two about revision!
