Seven out of 10 young people want to live and work abroad one day. A survey of 560 UK students aged from 11 to 18 found enthusiasm for the US, Australia, Spain, Italy and France.
Would you like to live abroad or are you happy to live out your days in the UK? |

| I've been living and working in Austria for the past 3 weeks and it's shown me that I could never live abroad permanently. Even though I speak pretty good German, speaking a foreign language all the time and not hearing or speaking your mother tongue is just suffocating. I'm so happy to be flying home on Sunday :) |

I wouldn't mind going to live somewhere like Italy someday but not for long, only like a year. I'd miss England too much... the cra'ppy weather, the people, work. All good stuff hahah. But Italy is nice, I wouldn't mind going to Australia or New Zealand either, but again only for a year. It will never happen though. |

I've always wanted to live in either London or Laguna Beach in California (sad i know!) but i think living in London would be better for my career and then moving to America when i want to settle down. As much as i love Spain and Italy, i wouldn't like to live in a non English speaking country. |

| The second that I can, I'm moving to France and never coming back. I have absolutely no desire to stay in the UK, especially in N.Ireland where I live. I've just come back from holiday and it's made me realise how much I want to live abroad. I'd also love to live in Sweden (because Swedish guys are hot!). |

| I can't imagine not spending a good chunk of my life travelling, probably after uni for a year or two. I love Barcelona and wouldn't mind living there for a bit; ultimately I'd like to settle down in the UK though, I reckon, but own property abroad. |
I aint no abacus, but you can count on me my love |

| I'd love to live in America somewhere, because I have a lot of friends out there, and it's so nice all year round, but the problem is, I think people mistake a lifestyle they experience on a holiday, to what it would be everyday if they lived there, and I wouldn't want to move somewhere and then be like, oh :/. |
