I have a friend that is always always moaning about her weight. If she's not on a diet, then she's trying to find some type of excercise that will burn calroies with the click of a finger. I told her that Dancing is really good excercise, and also fun. But, I don't think she believes me.
I'm naturally thin, as I eat quite a lot of rubbish and still manage to stay thin, but I dance loads and find that it really keeps me fit.
Does anyone else find that Dancing is quite a good excercise, even if it's just dancing around your living room rather than profesional, whateverrrr

Well if you're motivated and dance alot, then yeah, it's really good exercise. I haven't actually tried it, becos i have absolutely no coordination whatsoever, but my best friend is really good, and dances quite a lot, and since she started, she was lost a lot of weight & has a lot better figure.
