There are a lot of people that think they know what to do. But they don't know what they are saying to other people and they are stupid!!!!!

I know what you mean. They say it as if they know it for a fact, but tthey're just presuming it. Then when they get it wrong, they try to twist it. I know what you mean hehe* :-)
