after loads of dieting and excercise and little weight loss, Ive now settled with the philosophy of "i don't excercise anymore if god had wanted me to bend over he would have put diamonds on the floor"

Omg im so hungry. My family just ate pizza and i had a handful of nuts! hardly fair.

mmmmmmmmmm
Had a bit of a binge today.

Throughout the day I ate;
Weetabix, (Breckfast)
Shortbread,(Snack)
An Orange, (Snack)
Cheese & Cucumber Cob + Crisps, (Lunch)
Veggie Delite Subway, (Mini Tea - Half4 ish)
Cookie, (Snack)
Mash Potato + Sausage + Veg. (Tea Half6 ish)

Felt quite good though :)
Couldnt help it - but to make up for it Im going to do double gym tomorrow!

I had a really bad day today too so don't feel too guilty ^^^^^

Im on my monthly and I'm starving!

Breakfast - Bowl of coco pops
Lunch - Toasted chicken sandwich and a chocolate muffin
Dinner - Meatballs and spaghetti
Snack - Left over meatballs used to have a meatball sub with cheese :S oh dear. Feel so guilty. But it is my monthly. Think maybe i can forgive myself for one day?????

well if your a morning person you could go for a jog early in the morning, i did that because its not embarrasing as no1 is up in the morning, i lost about 6lbs in a month and jogged for under 1/2 each morning.
diets are really annoying so i try to comprimise with doing more exercise than dieting.
if youve got enough money (like £20 a month) you could join a gym cos they help you with everything you need to know about dieting and toning certain parts of your body.

Ok was ill on thursday so im starving today. Ate a burger! i know how bad is that. But had nothing after that. And that was at lunch time. Do u think it will ruin my diet? xx

well when i started i was 13 stone! now im 11 and a half but want to get down to 10 if i can. Ultimate goal is 9 stone if i am honest.
