Ok had a bad weekend. Went to a bbq. Had 2 burgers and loads of salad with dressing. Dissapointed. But ill just be extra good.

I never thought i'd be in a position where I want to lose weight but here I am! It's not so much that I want to be a smaller size, or weight less but I want a flatter tummy (one that doesn't pop out haha) and my face has gotten chubbier recently too :S It's because i'm on steroids atm and they increase my appetite so i'm hoping when I come off them (next week) my appetite will decrease and i'll lose a bit of weight, and the belly bulge too! But til then, i'm trying to cut my calorie intake so i'm going to do a food diary to monitor what I eat :)

Braekfast: 2 weetabix with milk - didn't eat it all tho, only ate half.

Lunch: Lettuce sandwich haha, ate all of it though the bread was tiny.

Dinner: Salad (cheese; tomato; cucumber; lettuce) and a slice of pizza (which I only ate about 3/4 of)


I'm SO hungry now, I had ^^ that at around 3.30, so i've now gone about 3 hours without food and i'm starving! I'm trying to keep myself busy so I don't think about snacking, i'm on the computer and watching telly and before this I went on the treadmill and then showered so i've managed to keep my mind occupied ... til now! I plan on having some weetabix or something but I don't wanna eat that til about 8ish otherwise if I eat now i'll be hungry again in a couple of hours! I'm suprised I haven't snacked at all :O

Ughh I'm also on a diet! Snacking is my prpblem..and diinking Lucozade! Soo I've stopped drinking that and eating chocolate and stopped snacking so much. I'm doing looads of sit ups and went running today which absolutely killed me! But my boyfriend came as well and he excercises with me which is gooood! It's okay at the moment but I've only been doing it for 5 days or so haha!so far so good :)

I read the thread title as 'support group for those who are dieing', as in a misspelling of dying. pretty grim stuff!

I saw this thing in Elle about a day off diet where you eat a low-carb diet and try to reduce your calorie intake for 6 days of the week, and then you get a day where you can eat whatever you want. Literally. Sounds a bit dodgy but it just might work...

You're hungry because you haven't eaten nearly enough! I'd probably faint if I'd eaten that little!

Jeez, I've put on about a stone in the space of two years. I can even see it in recent pictures of me. I'm definitely a bit on the podgy side. Now whenever I take pictures of myself it's from the neck up cos I just hate my body at the moment. Clothes never look good on me whenever I try them on in shops.
I want to start cutting down on what I eat but I have a really big appetite. I'll eat something, and then two hours later I'm hungry again. Whenever I'm bored I start snacking on junk food. Plus it's so hard when I'm out with my friends and they're all buying sweets from a shop, or a Macdonalds, or dessert in a restuarant, and I can't help but join in so as not to be left out. It's alright for them, some of them can eat and eat and eat and still be two stone lighter than me.
I want to start riding my bike more places, but I'm not exactly experiences in cycling on the road and I'm worried about having an accident :/ I'd join a gym but they're quite expensive plus I'm the most unfit person in the world, I get all tired and sweaty after like two minutes on a running machine. Arghhh!

Ok so i've been getting really bad cravings for foods so ive taken up cardmaking and scrudbooking again. Keeps my hands and mind busy so im not thinking how hungry i am. its great.

^^ That's a great idea, might try something like that!

Yesterday, for breakfast I had 2x weetabix, for lunch I had 2 slices of toast and for dinner I had a veggie burger, boiled potatoes and mixed vegetables. I had 2 apples also :) Ah a nice healthy day, but then I went into town and drank 4 wkds's so I guess that's not so healthy! Dam it!

I had 2x weetabix for breakfast again today with 2 (small) slices of toast. I had that at about 10am and thought i'd be hungry again by 12 but I wasn't. I didn't eat lunch til 3! Which was 2 slices of toast again with a scrambled egg ... I think it's because I kept myself busy, doing my medications, going on the treadmill, relaxing in the bath whilst reading a magazine and then showering haha. For dinner later I plan on having the same as what I had yesterday cos it was delicious :) I'm worried though as theres NO fruit in the house for me to snack on! I'm also worried as i'm going out at about 7.30 today so I'll have dinner before then, which means i'll probably be starving again before bed ... but i'll just eat cereal ...

It was my birthday yesterday so i officially ate too much. Worse is its my party tomorrow and i wanna enjoy it without worrying about the diet. Not sure what to do. ......
