Seven out of 10 young people want to live and work abroad one day. A survey of 560 UK students aged from 11 to 18 found enthusiasm for the US, Australia, Spain, Italy and France.

Would you like to live abroad or are you happy to live out your days in the UK?

I'd kind of like to live in France, I'm pretty fluent at it...
And I want to learn Russian and Japenese at college anyway.
So you know
The world's my oyster...
I know about 3 words in Spanish too, from Dora the Explorer haha

I would really like to live in Barcelona or somewhere in France or Italy, but at the same time I wouldn't like to because I wouldn't be able to speak the language. I know I would probably pick it up but I still wouldn't like it :S

I've always wanted to live abroad, but now i realised after being most places that Uk is for me.
We are very lucky living here, our education is one of the best, we have free NHS service, get Benefit from governmentwhich is useful.
America is nice, but just say you had a car accident there, the medics would not help you unless you are health insured.

my family's pretty much fluent in french; the sooner we actually move out there, the better.

The minute I can, i'm moving out of this sh|thole ... I actually think i'd kill myself if I was told I HAD to live in the UK ... although living in London for a few years would be ok.

Ultimately, i'd LOVE to live in America. Although I intend to live in Africa for a few years too so I can work at Kruger National Park.

I've lived in Spain since I was eleven (I'm nearly sixteen now), and it did take me about a year to settle in completely and I did get really homesick but now when I go back it really makes me appreciate what a beautiful place I live in.
I would possibly go back to England though, but that would be more for career prospects. I definitely want to settle here in Spain.

I want to work in Corfu for a while when I'm older :)
I'll probably change my mind by the time I'm old enough though..

I intend to do a lot of travelling, and I'd definitely consider living abroad. I don't know where I'd like to eventually settle down, but I doubt it'll be NI. I'm planning on doing a year in America/Canada/scriptustralia in my third year of university.
