Posted - 24/08/2008 : 14:38:18 i made i up a new one as i cba to find the old one. ok i'll start;
breakfast: bread and jam with water
snack: 2 oatie biscuits (i usually don't have snacks in the morning but i was starving)
lunch: tomato pasta, yoe valley yogurt then water
snack: (i'll have that at 4:00pm or something) a slice of cake and fruit.
tea: probably salad with cold meat and fruit and juice or something like that. (i will do that later)
other: after tea i will probably have warm milk before bed (i'v done that since i was tiny aha)
yep so carry on this thread please people. =]

then for tea i had half a tin of beans on 2 slices of wholemeal toast, an apple and a twix and i've just had a mince pie :( |

Lunch - alpen bar, Special K mini breaky things, salt and vinegar crisps
when i got home - a bit of cinammon and apple cake and 3 dried apricots
how unhealthy :( I've eaten soooo much over the past week.. |
