Posted - 15/08/2008 : 11:14:10 I thought i would tell you all about this webiste i visited a few days ago about skipping it says if you use a skipping rope for 20mins you can burn off 250 calories and it is proven to be better than running or cycling. I will post the site url when i find it. xx |

Its also a good workout for your arms - keeping the rope going isn't easy.
If you're quite unfit its not easy to keep it going for a long period of time, you'll have to build up a bit of stamina. |
