First question: I have pretty big thighs... and calves. A few people have actually said to me 'You have really big legs, do you horse ride?' and I don't. I'm not fat, i'm acutally pretty skinny, but because of my big legs I can't even get regular straight leg jeans on, never mind skinny jeans! I think most of it is muscle tbh, as I do karate and I used to do a lot of swimming but still...I would like them to be smaller. Anyone know how to do that?

Second question: I was thinking of buying a cross trainer. Does anyone have one and think they're good, or not worth getting? I am only getting a cheap one, around £70, and it says in argos (Where i'm getting it :P) that it is magnetic. Dunno what this means, could anyone enlighten me?

Thanks :)

Which is better - a cross trainer or a rowing machine?

Oh yeah, if its magnetic it means you can alter the resistance.

Cross trainers are meant to be good, they work several parts of your body at the same time without focusing on one area too much.
I find them way more fun than a treadmil or bike machine thingy.

I dont think they do that much, they dont work you very hard anyway.

If it is muscle I don't really know what you can do except not excersise I guess but thats probably not the best idea. I want mine to be smaller too seeing as I'm going on holiday soon.
As for the second question, I have no idea =P sorry
