Posted - 19/06/2008 : 00:14:20 Ok i don't know about the rest of you but i am having a hard time with this dieting. Low fat high fibre is the onme i'm on now. And i was thinking instead of paying for those stupid diet groups lets start one here. Having a craving? Dying for a burger? Need chocolate? Get it all out here! and maybe we can help eachother. Recipe suggestions. How to beat cravings. Let others know what has worked for you!

Yeah same. I used to be really quite obsessed with my weight. I'd have 1 weetabix for breakfast and then like fruit salad for lunch and then a little dinner. No snacks or anything. But now when I get to the queue for lunch I'm starving (even if I have 2 weetabixes) so I have soup or a ham salad wrap. And then when I get home I snack sooo much and then I eat a big dinner and pudding! I think I need to cut down though because I'm getting a big belly :( |

I hardly ever ate lunch and sometimes went a whole day without eating and I did get hungry but not soooo starving. That was like one or 2 years ago. But now I always seem to be hungry and eat 3 meals a day and I have put on weight since I have started eating properly :( And these days I can't go a whole day without eating cos I get so hungry lol. |

Posted - 14/10/2008 : 22:54:13 I know no-ones replied yet but im on here AGAIN anyway, just talking to myself atm haha, Okay today ive had. 1 cereal bar in the morning (around 8) Another at 11 For my dinner i had Tuna and Cucumber butty BROWN bread I came home + had no tea, made my self a bowl of cornflakes. I almost gave into crackers but i ended up eating one with nothing on it lol & then another bowl of cornflakes& ive just drank water all day (and i even poured my boyfriend a nice fizzy cold glass of pepsi before with some cheese and onion mc'coys! :( ) Its so hard this diet, and ive only been on it for like 2 days I WANT TO BINGE ON EVERYTHING. Im not giving up though. First time ive done two days with only a slight slip up (which was my cracker, lmao) x |

I duno what im doing like, i dont know whats good for you (apart from fruit and leaves) so i dont know what to eat! Like snack wise.. I want a fitness Dvd also, just wondering if anyone has one & what the good ones are? I really want to loose some weight on my arms, but i dont know how, i dont want them muscley, just not flabby. Anyone any ideas on that aswel? I cant stop drinking lucozade either. Its so annoying. |

YOU CAN'T DECREASE YOUR CALORIC INTAKE SO DRASTICALLY AND EXPECT TO LOSE WEIGHT.BY EATING LESS YOU ACTUALLY HOLD ONTO FOOD LONGER. EATING EVERY 3 HOURS MEANS YOU'RE NOT STARVING YOURSELF. SO YOU DON'T GO THRU MOOD SWINGS, FATIGUE, AND ALL THE OTHER PAINS OF DIETING. IF YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT EAT HEALTHY FOODS, MORE OFTEN. PUT YOUR METABOLISM TO WORK. I'M IN THE MEDICAL FIELD AND HAVE TAKEN MANY NUTRITION COURSES, SO TRUST ME, IF YOU WANT TO DROP FAT EXERCISE. BUILDING MUSCLE BURNS FAT. ALSO EAT MORE TO GIVE YOU THE ENERGY YOU NEED. |
