Posted - 12/05/2008 : 09:57:59 in a cake? i'm making my mum a chocolate orange baked alaska thing, orange icecream and sorbet in the middle and we don't have any whiskey, which is one of the ingredients, so i need to decide whether to use brandy or rum?
