Lindsay Lohan got more than she bargained for whilst in Paris at the weekend. The actress - who was at a club in the French capital to support her DJ girlfriend Sam Ronson – was showered with flour as she left the venue by an anti-fur activist.The flour thrower, believed to be a member of People For The Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), shouted “Lindsay Lohan – fur hag” as he carried out the attack. A witness said: “Lindsay was mortified and then furious.”
Sam Ronson – writing on her MySpace blog – said: “The girl who threw the flour acted like an animal herself. I take that back, it’s an insult to animals to group her in witht hem, my dog is FAR more civilised than that person. I think there are plenty of families that could have used that flour for a meal. Nice job, lady.” Oh purleeeease!
Meanwhile a spokesman for PETA Europe has applauded the flour attack on Lilo, stating, "There is nothing remotely fashionable about the torture and death of animals killed for fur. Lindsay Lohan might be able to ignore images of bloody animals skinned alive for their pelts, but we hope a dash of flour will help her rise to the occasion and forsake fur once and for all."
