Johnny Depp has proved his eco awareness by purchasing equipment to make his own privately-owned Caribbean island environmentally friendly. He purchased the island in 2005 for £1.5million and has now invested £250,000 into a grid-independent solar hydrogen system to power the 40-acre space. What that means is the state-of-the-art technology will use the sun’s rays to provide unlimited power for Depp and his family. Yet more reasons to love him- gorgeous, kind and caring for the planet!
