While big sister Peaches continues to hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons, Pixie Geldof’s career is flying high. Pixie, who is still just 17 years-old, has been offered an estimated £80,000 deal to design and model an eight-piece fashion range for New Look - yup, that’s £10,000 for each piece! The contract is currently for only one collection, but New Look bosses are said to be hoping they’ll be more in the future if the clothes are a hit.
A source told The Mirror: "The deal is virtually identical to the one Lily Allen signed. But whereas Lily's was met with a slightly muted response, Pixie's is expected to race out of stores. She is a stunning girl and intrinsically fashionable. Money can't buy you style but Pixie flaunts hers effortlessly."
It’s thought that Pixie will model the clothes herself in the flagship London store on the launch night. Pretty good going for a girl who’s still at school, we’re not a bit jealous…
