Pearly Whites
Dear Dr. Beauty, I have a rather embarrassing problem in that my teeth have gone a really weird yellowy colour over the last couple of years. I brush them three times a day and use a mouth wash, but I can’t afford to go to the dentist to have them whitened professionally. Is there a product I can get on the high street to reduce the problem?

No need to be embarrassed – it’s rare to find someone with a completely natural white smile, especially with the lure of sweets, fizzy drinks and cappuccinos in our everyday lives. There are plenty of products on the market, but if you’re looking for one that’s inexpensive that gets results then try Boots Expert Teeth Whitening Programme, £27.99. It has an easy to follow 3 step programme and works gently, without peroxide, to remove stains. It boasts the ability to lighten teeth by several shades and leave you feeling more confident about your pearly whites.
